DIY Plus Marketing Program: A Great Value. Zero Compromise.

Most agree ... waterfront property is prime real estate.

So, if you’re thinking about selling your waterfront condo or townhouse, doesn’t it make sense to translate your physical address directly to a prime Internet address so it’s easy-to-find and enhances its value?

    Something like this… PortlandWaterfront.com/3570SW RiverParkway2103.

    Makes sense, right?

Now, what if you combine this prime Internet address with direct mail and internet advertising to help you sell faster and net more?

    Even better, yes?

But in today’s market, saving money without sacrificing quality is on everyone’s mind.

Quick & Associates Real Estate is pleased to offer the ideal solution for sophisticated sellers who want to maximize their chances of selling while keeping costs well under control.

Our DIY Plus program combines your property address on PortlandWaterfront.com with powerful advertising and publishing tools to help you attract more qualified buyers to your listing.

You’re property is listed on RMLS, RealEstate.com, Zillow and Trulia… ranked among the most trafficked real estate portals in the nation.

We’ll provide you with all the current waterfront sales data to help you set an asking price that you’re comfortable with.

In addition to the advertising support, we’ll open escrow for you and provide you with the forms you'll need to complete the transaction.

DIY Plus Marketing Plan Frequently Asked Questions

    1.  What's the cost of the Program?

$2,500 due upon signing listing agreement.... and if we bring the buyer, add the agreed upon commission for the Buyer's Agent.

    2.  Are the fees refundable?

No.  The program is frontloaded with marketing and advertising expenses that are paid for through the fees.

    3.  Is there a contract involved?

Yes.  We use the standard RMLS Oregon Listing Contract Form.  As with all contracts you should take time to review it; and, if you have any questions, seek professional, legal advice.

    4.   How long is the contract?

You choose the contract length up to one year.

    5.  Can I cancel at any time?

Of course -- but please remember, the fees are non-refundable.

    6.  What if I want to put renters into the property?

We leave this to your discretion, but if it is your objective to sell, renters are generally not advisable during the listing period.

    7.  What if I have questions or need advice while I'm in the DIY PLUS program?

Please call us.  We'll do our best to answer your questions on a timely basis.

    8.  Can I upgrade to the Premium Program?

Yes, at any time.  We'll apply the $2,500 to the Listing Agent Commission at closing... but, if the property does not sell, the $2,5000 remains non-refundable.

    9.  How do I sign-up?

Call Kathy Quick, Principal Broker at 503-730-0702 to schedule an initial consultation.

    10.  What else should you know?

Now for some "fine print" that our attorney wants us to say (he's a nice guy btw). Quick & Associates Real Estate are real estate brokers.  We bring willing buyers and sellers together and help facilitate a smooth, successful transaction.  We're not attorneys, tax professionals, accountants or engineers.  If you have any questions related to one of those areas, please seek independent professional advice.
