The following serves as a general overview of the DIY Plus and Premium Listing
Programs to give Sellers a sense of which program may best serve their needs.
The DIY Plus program is intended for sophisticated sellers who want leverage
our marketing infrastructure and know-how, but prefer to manage the transaction
themselves. The Premium program provides both marketing and hands-on
transaction assistance by an experience agent.
Since each program maybe tailored to suit the needs of the individual Seller, this is
not intended as a Contract or an Addendum to the Listing Contract. This is not
intended as a complete list of services provided; and, certain services may
deleted, modified or added. While there is a general flow to the services
mentioned, this is not meant as a step-wise checklist. This document is an
adaptation of “The Critical Role of a Realtor in the Real Estate Transaction,”
which is available online at: www.pmar.org/consumer/resources.
